Stay at home Dad

It is a curious thing to ponder the role that working parents have played in our culture.

Nobody is around during the day to help our children grow.

Thankfully, we've grown in our understanding of the difference between gender
and sex so let's discuss the reason why stay at home dads are not more
prevalent.

Or, at least, let's consider the benefits.

Ping Pong's Theology....Just to let you know

Another quick post.....

Explaining how I believe in God (during those times of the day/week/month that I do) is best defined by something I heard that Martin Luther said. I'm not sure where it is from, but he said that god is what our heart most clings to.

Like most people, I struggle with believing. I don't find much in the way of a logical explanation, so that's why I went to seminary. But, being here at seminary, I've become much more comfortable with not needing to believe as most Christians or Lutherans do.

My starting point for a theology of Christianity is at the cross. But, theology and faith are very different things.

I'll write more soon, and I hope to develop my thinking on this subject with thanks to Tidbit's insights, as well as anyone who would care to comment.
